owner is a young and vibrant female individual who prioritize continuous

development and community upliftment.

MMS is committed to making contributions to South African communities

through our skills in medical administrative principles. As mentioned, our

primary focus is on the medical profession, which include the following

medical professionals: General Medical Practitioners (doctors)- and

Specialists, Audiologists, Psychologists, Dentists, Wound Carers, Speech

Therapists, etc..

Our clients can rely on MMS for administrative support on the entire spectrum

of their customer accounts.

HISTORY AND MILESTONES

MMS was founded on 9 April 2024 by the owner after relocating to

Mossel Bay from Pretoria. Initially the service was to be rendered under

a mother company in Pretoria, which soon proved to be impractical, so

the mother company withdrew their need for a decentralist satellite

practice. Therefore the owner started MMS.

Our first clients were recruited immediately and presently

interest in our services is escalating rapidly.

OUR EXPERTISE

OUR EXPERTISE

We take over the administration of client accounts from medical

specialists. In other words, we take the headaches and frustrations of billing and administration

from doctors, Further communicate with medical aids etc..

Account Billing of Clients We send out accounts to clients, consolidate payments, and assist clients

and medical aids with issues regarding claims and payments, and keep record thereof and client

history for future reference.

Collecting of outstanding monies We do follow-ups regarding outstanding monies to the medical

specialists and assist clients with difficulties with payment (payment agreements).

Handle Enquiries from Clients Advise clients where possible with enquires and motivate if needed.
